The problem with keyword tumbler (and other permutation-driven keyword tools) are that the "mashed-up" keywords may have no resemblance to what people are actually searching on in reality. WordTracker and Google Keyword tool favor popular keywords, but that's not the same as relevant keywords. Notice how the google keyword tool says: "Important note: We cannot guarantee that these keywords will improve your campaign performance."
